There is a drop-off/pick-up point near the entrance of the CPF Maxwell
Services Centre. Once you alight, you will see the entrance to The URA
Centre (East Wing), which leads to the lift lobby of The URA Centre (East
Wing).
If you are coming from the drop-off area in front of the Singapore City
Gallery (where the Samsui women statues are located), enter the Singapore
City Gallery and take the lift up to Level 3. From there, turn right and
look for the sign that points to The URA Centre (East Wing). This will
bring you to the link bridge that connects the Singapore City Gallery to
the adjourning URA Centre (East Wing) building. Take the lift at The URA
Centre (East Wing) to Level 7.
Counter Operating Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (Last queue ticket will be issued at
4:30pm).
To avoid the crowd, members of the public are advised to visit the Services
Centre between 8:30am to 11:00am.
Closed on weekends and public holidays.
