To ask the Minister for Law whether a review of the Legal Profession Act to clarify the jurisdiction of the courts and routes of review/appeals available to a complainant, solicitor and the Law Society will be conducted.

  1. My Ministry has noted the remarks of the Court of Appeal, and will study the issue and consult the relevant stakeholders.
